Victorian Renaissance Revival Chair Sgd Hutchings

This is a Rosewood Music Chair signed Hutchings New York seen here in as found condition. The same Victorian Rosewood Chair is pictured in the book Masterpieces of American Furniture from the Munson -Williams-Proctor Institute in Utica NY. The chair has a lift seat as it was used in a Victorian hall. I am offering it here prior to restoration which will show off the rosewood. The chair is sturdy but maintains a very scuffed & worn original finish (Item number: 77)
