American Gothic Revival Armoire also in the classical and empire styles, New York, circa 1840, original highly grained rosewood finish has been cleaned and repairs to veneers, interior is a figured maple with original maple shelves, mirror has probably been replaced as it is rebacked Gothic Furniture of this calibre is difficult to come by. 42 inches wide, 26 1/2 inches deep & 87 1/2 inches tall, both 450 & 450a are the same item with different images
