Pair of Rare Hunzinger Chairs SOLD

An rare Pair of Hunzinger Side Chairs with a star at the top, though similar to other Hunzinger chairs this model does not appear in the Catalog for the landmark Hunzinger exhibit at the Brooklyn Museum several years ago. It is of solid walnut with the impressed Hunzinger mark on the rear legs. The chairs are in original un-restored condition, please note the under seat of one of the chairs is very loose. The fabric is an old velvet that perhaps could be the original 36 1/2 high, 19 wide and deep (Item number: 181)
